Tamboerskloof Homeowners Association

Dear Clayton,

On behalf of the Tamboerskloof Homeowners Association I like to express our gratitude for your participation of the Alien clearance program of our Tamboerskloof Farm.

The entire ground of “ The Farm” was covered with Alien vegetation which not only posed to be a fire risk but also damaged the historic building due to the root growth.

Your well trained and motivated staff not only arrived earlier then anyone else on a rainy Saturday morning, but cleared the plot of at least 300 trees without much help and under severe weather conditions.

Your caring attitude towards the environment and eagerness to help the previously disadvantaged habitants of “ The Farm” is highly appreciated and will go a long way in our suburb.

With kind regards

He initiated an HIV/Aids programme for staff, and all were invited to have their HIV status checked at company expense. The five men whose HIV status is positive are now on the State’s programme, and Clayton ensures that they keep their clinic appointments and covers the cost of getting them back to work after their regular few hours at the clinics. Sick leave paid by the company is higher due to the HIV status of the workers, but the education accompanying the programme has been of benefit to all.

All permenant staff have steel capped boots , overalls and rain suits, in addition to soccer shirts. They feel part of the team when dressed in company clothing and the clients can easily identify the neat Paarman Landscapes staff complement on site.
